Escabeche Ingredients :
- fish
- cooking oil
- bell pepper
- carrots
- ginger
- garlic
- onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup water
- salt & pepper
- sugar
- vinegar
- soy sauce
Escabeche Cooking Instructions:
- Fried the fish
- On other pan saute garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrots and ginger
- Add water, vinegar and soy sauce and let it boil
- Add flour mixed in water and let it boil again until it thickens
- Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste
- Finally add the fried fish and cover it for 5 mins
